FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

CrossFit uses safe, effective and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. Thats why they are natural and safe for us. Squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and other movements based on weightlifting and gymnastics are the basis for building strength and functionality of our body, helping us to achieve long term health and fitness.

Different every day, our workouts are tailored to the individual. We alter the movements, weights, amount of repetitions so as to never let your body and your performance stay still. You will not only improve in all aspects of CrossFit, but also get to see results really fast and then you will never want to stop.

INTENSITY

Intensity is key for long term progress of physical and mental capabilities. In CrossFit, intensity is adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. That is why all of us achieve results faster than in other form of training. CrossFit also recharges us with energy and relieves us from the constant stress of everyday life.

HOW TO BEGIN?

CROSSFIT IS FOR EVERYONE

Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

 

If you have no experience with CrossFit, visit us for your FREE TRIAL class for free, where we will explain to you what CrossFit us and you will try a simple CrossFit workout. If you have already decided to become a CrossFit athlete, begin with an ON RAMP Course - 4 introductory classes where you will learn to perfectly execute all the basic CrossFit movements and get ready to join our new member.

If you have already gone through an OnRamp Course at another licensed affiliate, come to one of our Workouts of the Day (WOD) so we can assess your technique and approve, whether you can directly join our community.
